The J-bars can also be easily locked at different angles to suit different shapes of kayaks. This Aluminum J-Style Rack uses a simple installation system, fitting round, square, and the most oval-shaped factory-installed cross rails quickly and easily. The 7.8" Anchor Straps with a 0.4" grommet hole help to create anchor points under your hood and back side of your trunk or tailgate, without the need to bend over or crawl underneath to find solid locations. This keeps the straps tucked in when not in use, preventing any hood scratches.
